Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
Present and promote the company's products and services effectively.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and support deal closures.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of leads, prospects, and interactions.
Provide regular reports on lead acquisition and conversion performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets.
Requirements
Arabic speaking preffered.
1-3 years of proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, or business development (UAE experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking ability and persistence in client follow-ups.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and digital prospecting tools.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
