Lead Generation & Media Buying Specialist - REAL ESTATE

Job Purpose:
To plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and media buying for real estate projects. The role is responsible for attracting high-quality leads through paid channels, maximizing ROI, and ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Develop and manage digital lead generation campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant portals.
Create, test, and optimize landing pages and funnels to convert traffic into qualified leads.
Monitor and improve cost-per-lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead follow-up and proper tracking.
Integrate lead generation efforts with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Media Buying:
Plan and execute paid media campaigns, including display, search, social, and video ads.
Conduct market and audience research to target the right demographics.
Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize in real-time based on KPIs (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL).
Negotiate with publishers and media outlets for strategic placements and partnerships.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, measure, and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad dashboards.
Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Use A/B testing methodologies to optimize creatives, audiences, and ad placements.
Content & Collaboration:
Work with the content team to develop compelling creatives, ad copies, and marketing messages.
Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-conversion ads.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and real estate market behavior in the UAE.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in lead generation and media buying, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Experience with CRM systems and lead nurturing tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Proficient in campaign performance tracking tools and analytics.
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred.
Results-driven, detail-oriented, and highly analytical.
