Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Learning and Development Officer to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Learning & Development team of our client in financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Graduate Development Program
  • Collaborate with trainers to review and maintain the technical accuracy of training materials.
  • Develop new training documents using diverse media formats.
  • Assist trainers in producing and facilitating training sessions.
  • Organise and maintain directories for training topics and manage related documentation.
  • Gather feedback from participants and trainers to enhance program quality.
  • Coordinate schedules and logistics for training sessions.
UAE National Graduate Recruitment & Development
  • Support National Development programs by managing media releases and event coordination.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and other administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with universities for outreach programs and coordinate graduate recruitment events.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and recommend candidates for further evaluation.
Learning & Development - General
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the L&D Plan.
  • Generate reports from the L&D database and other sources.
  • Engage with training providers and evaluate training options.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and monitor usage.
Other Duties
  • Participate in HR improvement projects and assist in HRIS design and testing.
  • Implement departmental policies and procedures.
  • Share responsibility for risk management and promote a strong risk culture.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification in Human Resources or training preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a Learning & Development or Administrative role.
  • Experience in designing and developing training materials.
  • Proven ability to organise and manage training events and document production.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data analytics.
