Job Description

Experience Required:

Experience in designing and developing training programs and professional development plans. Proficiency in delivering presentations and engaging with trainees effectively. Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programs that align with organizational goals. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools. Knowledge of performance evaluation and improvement planning. Experience in Leadership Development Programs: Proven track record of working on projects aimed at preparing employees for leadership positions, including talent identification, competency mapping, and leadership training.
Qualifications Required:

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Year of Experience: 8- 10 years Salary :25,000-35,000 Dhs.
Preferred Professional Certifications:

1. CPTM (Certified Professional in Training Management)

2. CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development)

o Certification for professionals in training management.

3. ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

o Certification from the Association for Talent Development.

4. Train the Trainer (TTT)

o Certification for trainers.

5. SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP

o Human resources certifications with a focus on professional development.

6. Professional in Human Resources (PHR)

o Certification in human resources.

7. Leadership Coaching Certification

o Certification in leadership coaching.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
