Job Description
Our client is currently looking for an experienced UAE national L&D Director in Abu Dhabi.
As a Learning and Development Director, you will be responsible for driving the learning and development strategy within the organization. Your focus will be on designing and delivering leadership programs, identifying, and addressing critical gaps in L&D processes, and introducing new initiatives to enhance learning and development. You will also need to stay updated on new technologies and their application in L&D. This position requires a strong background in learning and development, leadership development, and project management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration or a related degree
- CIPD, ATD or equivalent in HRM or Learning & Development
- Minimum 10 years in Learning & Development, of which at least five must be leading a team
- Design and delivery of learning interventions, leadership programmes & engagement activations and recognition programmes (preferable)
- 4-5 years of supervisory and project management experience
- UAE National with family book
