Create the L&D strategy, ensuring it aligns with the Company and HR Strategy
Design and deliver leadership development programmes aligned with core Company objectives
Develop effective change management strategies for projects such as new technology and the introduction of new initiatives (e.g., Immersive learning experiences)
Build the capability of the team to ensure they are designing and delivering first-class learning initiatives that are aligned with each of the Leisure Facility\'s needs and that meet Shared Service colleagues\' needs
Identify and address critical gaps in L&D processes, systems, tools, methodologies, and principles; drive the design and implementation of tools to improve the way we manage learning and engagement activities
Oversee the preparation of reports and evaluation of learning within the agreed time and cost measures to enable reviewers to assess the effectiveness of learning interventions provided, with observations and recommendations that shape future offerings
Ensure accurate and adequate L&D data/metrics are available and used to guide decision-making in line with company strategy
Provide insights to leadership following learning interventions to support or propose changes in direction based on feedback received from participant

To be considered for this role, you will need:
Essential:
Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration or a related degree
CIPD, ATD or equivalent in HRM or Learning & Development
Minimum ten years in Learning & Development, of which at least five must be leading a team
Design and delivery of learning interventions
Design and delivery of leadership programmes
Design and delivery of engagement activations and recognition programmes (preferable)
Learning needs analysis
Project management
Presentation skills
Desirable:
BPS Level A and B Psychometric testing and interpretation (or equivalent)
Coaching certification and membership in a professional coaching organisation
4-5 years of supervisory and project management experience
Experience in managing programmes that develop Nationals
Experience in hospitality, tourism and theme parks.
