Our client, a large utilities and renewables company is looking for an FP&A Director to join their team in UAE. You will be responsible for leading the FP&A team divided into three major functions including Planning, Budgeting & Reporting, Business Partnership and Revenue.

Responsibilities include:

- Support the CFO in communicating financial strategy issues and recommended changes to senior management and the Board
- Support and contribute to the production of the five-year business plan and financial strategy
- Develop financial KPIs which will be used to assess the success of both the business and the financial strategy
- Produce regular financial reporting to give an overview of business and financial performance. Highlight trends, key actions, and strategic implications
- Ensure that all routine management information is produced in a timely manner
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to help ensure the Finance Department is well-informed and has a strong voice in the organisation
- Creation of quarterly financial forecasts to be used by the Business Partners, senior management and the Board
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and board/IC materials as needed

Requirements:

- As per client request a UAE National would be preferred for this position
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred; ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent would be advantageous
- Minimum of 10 years of FP&A experience, 5 years\' experience of leading team
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
