We are seeking a dynamic professional who can seamlessly manage
Learning & Development
initiatives along with
Performance Management Systems
. The ideal candidate will be a skilled
soft skills trainer
with a background in
hospitality or construction sectors
and have
hands-on experience in PMS frameworks
such as OKRs, MBO, KPI-setting, and appraisals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct soft skills training tailored for teams in hospitality/construction environments
Design and implement L&D modules based on operational needs
Drive end-to-end PMS processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
Develop KPI frameworks aligned with OKRs, MBO, and business goals
Coordinate with department heads for performance tracking and improvements
Maintain accurate documentation for training and PMS
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in L&D and PMS (preferably in hospitality/construction)
Proven experience in delivering soft skills training
Working knowledge of performance appraisal systems and methodologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
