The Role

Our client, a leading entity in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead for a short-term interim project based in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a professional with 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with strong expertise in Performance Management frameworks and proven hands-on knowledge of SAP Performance Management Modules. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and executing performance management strategies, supporting organizational development, and driving a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and oversee performance management processes aligned with organizational goals. Utilize the SAP Performance Management Module to enhance employee performance tracking, evaluation, and reporting. Conduct training needs analysis and design tailored L&D strategies. Partner with leadership to foster a high-performance culture and embed best practices. Deliver workshops, training sessions, and coaching for managers and employees on performance management methodologies. Monitor, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D and performance initiatives, recommending improvements.



Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 7-10 years of proven experience in Learning & Development and Performance Management. Strong expertise in SAP Performance Management Module (mandatory). Demonstrated ability to design and deliver performance management frameworks. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage a fast-paced, short-term project with immediate availability.
