The Role
Our client, a leading entity in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead for a short-term interim project based in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a professional with 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with strong expertise in Performance Management frameworks and proven hands-on knowledge of SAP Performance Management Modules. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and executing performance management strategies, supporting organizational development, and driving a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and oversee performance management processes aligned with organizational goals. Utilize the SAP Performance Management Module to enhance employee performance tracking, evaluation, and reporting. Conduct training needs analysis and design tailored L&D strategies. Partner with leadership to foster a high-performance culture and embed best practices. Deliver workshops, training sessions, and coaching for managers and employees on performance management methodologies. Monitor, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D and performance initiatives, recommending improvements.
