Job Description

We are looking for a Lawyer to provide expert legal support across a variety of practice areas, ensuring compliance, protecting client interests, and advising on complex legal matters. This role involves direct client interaction, legal drafting, case strategy, and representation in both litigation and advisory capacities.

Key Responsibilities
Legal Advisory & Compliance

• Offer legal counsel on commercial, civil, labor, and regulatory matters.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with UAE laws and applicable international frameworks.
• Interpret laws and regulations to guide business or client decisions.

Client Representation & Communication

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, arbitration, or negotiations.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and external counsel.
• Prepare legal opinions, case files, and risk assessments.
• Clearly communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.

Case Management & Development

• Develop legal strategies in collaboration with senior lawyers or independently.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and stay up to date with legislative changes.
• Contribute to internal legal resources, precedents, and best practices.
• Support internal teams with legal input for operational decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law; further specialization or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of legal experience in the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures.
• Proficient in legal research, drafting, and client advisory.
• Excellent command of English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple legal matters effectively.

Salary & Benefits:
Competitive Salary: 6,000 - 12,000 AED (based on experience)
