Esam Al Zarooni Advocates and Legal Consultants is a reputable law firm based in Dubai, specializing in a wide range of legal services. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female manager to join our team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our firm and ensuring efficient systems and workflow management.

Responsibilities

:

Oversee and manage the firm's daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to processes. Lead, guide, and support staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity. Handle client inquiries and ensure effective communication within the firm. Maintain and optimize firm systems, ensuring all systems run efficiently and up to date. Prepare reports, manage schedules, and ensure that deadlines are met. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational policies and regulations. Convert every lead provided by the marketing team into a client through continuous follow-ups and timely communication.

Requirements

:

Female candidate with a minimum of 2-5 years of managerial experience in a law firm or similar professional services environment. Strong knowledge and experience with legal office systems, management software, and operational procedures. Fluent in both

English

and

Arabic

(spoken and written). Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
