Beauty Salon Manager

to oversee all aspects of our salon's operations.

The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff performance, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the salon while upholding a refined, welcoming, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily salon operations to ensure seamless workflow and outstanding client experiences. Lead, train, and motivate the salon team, including beauticians, technicians, and reception staff. Manage appointment scheduling, inventory control, and product ordering with efficiency and accuracy. Ensure all services meet the salon's quality standards and adhere to hygiene, safety, and operational policies. Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels. Maintain precise financial records, including daily sales reports and staff performance metrics. Work closely with senior management on business development initiatives, introduction of new services, and pricing strategies.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing a ladies' beauty salon in the UAE. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities. Comprehensive knowledge of salon services, beauty industry trends, and customer service standards. Experience in marketing, social media management, and client retention strategies. Excellent multitasking abilities with strong problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is an advantage. Presentable, professional, and service-oriented personality.
