Laundry Supervisor
We are looking for dynamic and energetic Laundry Supervisor to join us in our team.
What you will be doing:
- You\xe2\x80\x99ll support the entire housekeeping team in their work and will be paying close attention to detail in order to meet expectations from our esteemed guests and to achieve quality results through consistent service standards.
- Supervise and train staff in day-to-day laundry operations and prioritizing of daily tasks
- Ensure guest laundry, dry cleaning and pressing is completed according to set standards
- Ensure all guest requests are promptly and professionally met; liaise with Resident Services Manager and Butler team in this respect
- Regular check all laundry machinery ensuring all filters are cleaned regularly and press covers are in good condition; reports any machine defects to Engineering
- Ensure staff are using laundry equipment properly and keeping them in good condition
- Complies with hotel\xe2\x80\x99s health, safety and hygiene policy
- Adheres to personal grooming and hygiene standards
- Fully understands the difference of guest levels (VIP)
Your experience and skills include:
- Should have min. 2 years of experience as Supervisor for 5 Star Hotel preferably Resort in UAE
- Should have excellent team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work in a busy work schedule.
- Should be a team player who can get things done and continuously working on team skill development.
- Should have strong admin and IT Skills for reporting and related tasks
