The Laundry Supervisor will be responsible for managing the efficient and timely processing of all hotel linens, uniforms, and guest laundry. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of laundry operations in a hospitality environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the laundry department, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing of all hotel linens and uniforms.
• Ensure the efficient processing of guest laundry requests, maintaining high quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of linens, detergents, and other laundry supplies, coordinating with the purchasing department for timely replenishment.
• Train and develop laundry staff in proper laundering techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of laundered items to ensure cleanliness, quality, and adherence to hotel standards.
• Implement and enforce safety and hygiene protocols within the laundry department, including proper use of equipment, storage of chemicals, and handling of soiled linens.
• Maintain laundry equipment in good working condition, scheduling preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Front Office, to address guest-related laundry requests and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Prepare and manage the laundry department\'s budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in laundry technology and recommend process improvements and equipment upgrades as appropriate.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to ensure the well-being of guests and employees.
