Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, pressing, and folding
Ensure timely availability of clean guest linens, towels, uniforms, and other hotel fabrics
Monitor quality standards and inspect finished laundry for cleanliness and presentation
Maintain inventory of linens, uniforms, detergents, and laundry supplies
Control costs by minimizing waste, damage, and loss of hotel linen
Ensure proper handling and care of different fabric types
Enforce health, hygiene, and safety regulations within the laundry area
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office regarding laundry requirements
Handle guest laundry requests and resolve complaints promptly
