We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated
Laundry Supervisor
to oversee daily operations in our laundry department. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality cleaning standards, smooth workflow, and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train laundry staff
Coordinate daily production schedules and workload distribution
Inspect linens, uniforms, and laundry equipment for quality and maintenance needs
Maintain inventory of supplies and manage orders
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
Keep accurate records of operations and performance metrics
Qualifications:
Previous experience in laundry operations; supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
