PodoLogic Wellness & Beauty Center, a leading ladies' salon in Dubai, is seeking a skilled and experienced Lashes Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical abilities, excellent client-handling skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality lash services.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash extensions with precision Perform lash refills, removals, lash lifts, and tinting Consult clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized lash workstation at all times Ensure proper sanitization of tools and compliance with salon hygiene standards Handle client bookings, follow-ups, and retention with professionalism Demonstrate excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business Stay updated with new lash techniques, trends, and products
Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years professional experience as a Lashes Technician Strong portfolio showcasing lash work (Classic, Hybrid, and Volume) Good knowledge of lash mapping and styling Should be detail-oriented, clean, and precise in application Excellent communication and customer-handling skills Presentable, punctual, and professional attitude Must be currently in UAE (mandatory) Salon experience in UAE is a plus
