Respond to technical queries via phone, email, or ticketing system

Escalate complex incidents to L2 support with complete case documentation
Assist users in navigating IT platforms and business applications
Follow service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution
Support backend enterprise systems: Fusion ERP, Banner, SAP BI, Black Board
Operate and maintain audio-visual equipment for corporate meetings
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent; IT support certifications preferred
Experience in customer service or IT helpdesk roles is an advantage
Familiarity with Fusion HCM, Integration, and Reporting tools
Basic knowledge of network and software troubleshooting
Strong communication skills and ability to explain tech to non-technical users
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
