WE'RE HIRING: LASH TECHNICIAN (FULL-TIME)

Location: Pure Poise Women's Salon - JVC, Dubai

Pure Poise is seeking a skilled, consistent, and client-focused Lash Technician to join our growing luxury salon. This is a structured, full-time role with high standards, real growth potential, and a supportive team culture.

Position Details:

5-day work week (fixed schedule; no flexibility) 2 days off Full-time only -- this is not a freelance or part-time offer
Compensation Package:

Base Salary: AED 3,500/month Commission: Scales with service revenue -- up to AED 10,000+ total monthly earning potential Example: 23,000 AED in monthly services = AED 6,000 pay 35,000 AED in monthly services = AED 9,200 pay Bonuses: AED 200 weekly performance bonus for generating 5,000+ AED/week 10% commission on product sales Client referral bonuses up to AED 350/month Health Insurance: Included after 30 days from completion of Emirates ID & Work Visa Education Incentive: AED 1,800/month for top performers to use toward approved professional training
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years UAE experience in lashes Mastery of Classic, Volume, Mega Volume & Russian Lash styles Proficiency in lash refills, brow lamination, lash lifting, and tinting Ability to maintain client hygiene, service quality, and timing Actively grow client base through in-salon support and your own initiative
Training Period:

Must meet all Pure Poise standards within 30 days of hire Failure to meet requirements results in termination per UAE Labour Law (Article 44-4)
