Job Summary:
Bad and Boujee Hair Lounge is currently seeking an experienced Eyelash Extension Technician to join our team. As an Eyelash Extension Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality eyelash extensions and exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in eyelash extensions, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients enhance their natural beauty.

Responsibilities:
- Perform eyelash extension services, including consultation, application, and maintenance, according to the client's desired style and preference.
- Assess client's natural lashes and advise them on the most suitable eyelash extension options.
- Ensure a clean and organized work station, maintaining a high level of hygiene and sanitation.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions and recommend new styles and products to clients.
- Provide aftercare instructions to clients to ensure proper maintenance and longevity of their eyelash extensions.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized attention.
- Maintain accurate client records, including service details, client preferences, and follow-up appointments.
- Assist with salon promotions and events to drive business and increase client bookings.
- Adhere to all salon policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Eyelash Extension Technician.
- Strong knowledge of different eyelash extension techniques, styles, and products.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in applying eyelash extensions.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their preferences.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and appointments.
- Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations related to eyelash extensions.
