Laser Engraving Technician
Job Description
Operate laser engraving machines to produce designs, text, or patterns on materials such as metal, wood, acrylic, leather, glass, and plastics.
Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, or design files to ensure accurate engraving.
Set up materials, adjust machine settings, and perform test runs to ensure optimal results.
Use design software (e.g., CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, or similar) to prepare engraving files.
Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and defects, making adjustments when necessary.
Maintain and clean engraving machines, ensuring they remain in proper working condition.
Keep accurate records of production jobs, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
Follow safety procedures for operating laser equipment and handling materials.
Collaborate with design teams or clients to meet custom engraving requirements.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: QAR500.00 - QAR1,000.00 per month
