CNC Laser Operator - Plastic Components & Laptop Keyboards

AED 2,500 - 3,800 per month (based on experience)

We are hiring a skilled

CNC Laser Operator

to join our production team. Your main responsibility will be to operate

CNC-controlled laser engraving machines

for precise engraving of

laptop keyboards and other plastic components

.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in laser engraving, jig alignment, and minor design adjustments using software like CorelDRAW or Illustrator or AutoCAD

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC laser engraving machines to engrave plastic surfaces Handle laptop keyboards and other plastic parts using jigs and fixtures for accurate positioning Adjust vector design files (CorelDRAW, Illustrator, etc.) to match part dimensions and layouts Set laser power, speed, and focus settings based on material type Conduct test runs and inspect output for alignment, clarity, and consistency Perform daily maintenance: lens cleaning, alignment checks, and machine upkeep Follow production schedules and log output and quality status

Required:

1-3 years experience with CNC laser engraving (plastics preferred) Ability to operate machines independently with high attention to detail Familiarity with CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or similar vector software Understanding of how to work with jigs and fixtures Able to follow batch processes and maintain quality across volume

Preferred:

Background in laptop refurbishment or electronics production Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge Familiarity with multiple machine types (CNC router, UV printer, etc.) Can communicate clearly in English
