Agricultural services company seeking experienced foreman to supervise villa garden maintenance operations and ensure quality standards.

Responsibilities:
? Supervise landscaping team on-site (2-3 workers)
? Ensure quality work completion before customer sign-off
? Coordinate daily schedules and work assignments
? Handle customer interactions professionally
? Maintain tools and equipment
? Report quality issues and customer feedback Requirements
? 5+ years UAE landscaping/garden maintenance experience
? Proven villa garden service background
? Team supervision skills
? Strong technical knowledge (irrigation, plant care, pruning)
? Professional customer communication
? Arabic and English
? Valid UAE driving license

Offer:
? 3,500-5,000 AED/month
