We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Landscaping Coordinator Engineer

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient coordination of landscaping projects,

Major Role:

Manpower

: Manage and coordinate labour resources, including scheduling, supervision, and performance management.

Logistics

: Oversee the procurement, storage, and transportation of materials and equipment.

Distribution & Control

: Ensure the efficient allocation and utilization of resources, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of landscaping projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.

Manage and allocate manpower resources effectively, including scheduling, supervision, and performance monitoring.

Handle project logistics, including the procurement, storage, and transportation of materials and equipment.

Control and distribute resources, ensuring efficient utilization and minimizing waste.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets.

Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in landscaping or construction projects.

Strong knowledge of landscaping materials, techniques, and equipment.

Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Valid driver's license.
