The Role

MEP Project Coordinator / Engineer with (Real Estate Developer) Salary - AED17000-25000 depend on experience Location - Dubai Role Summary: The MEP Project Coordinator / engineer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all MEP activities across assigned projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards, budgets, and timelines, while maintaining clear communication between stakeholders, consultants, and contractors. Key Responsibilities: o Coordinate and manage all MEP works on-site ensuring compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and client requirements. o Liaise between design teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth information flow and problem resolution. o Review MEP drawings, specifications, and material submittals for compliance and constructability. o Monitor the MEP construction schedule, track progress, procured materials with delivery dates as per the baseline program and project life cycle , and report regularly to project managers and senior management. o Conduct regular site inspections to ensure installation standards and quality control. o Assist in identifying and resolving any MEP-related issues or conflicts. o Wide knowledge of the MEP certified vendors in the construction market.



Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. o Minimum of 7 years' experience in MEP coordination within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE. o Solid understanding of UAE building codes, regulations, and standards. o Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. o Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management. o Excellent communication and organizational skills. o Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Office, and project management software. o Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. o UAE Driving License preferred.
