Landscape Supervisor (farm Or Agriculture Experienced)
Job Description
Lead and direct a team of farm and landscape workers, assigning daily tasks, developing work schedules, and providing training and guidance
Monitor the health of plants, crops, trees, and shrubs, implementing feeding, irrigation, and pest/disease control programs based on soil and environmental conditions.
Oversee landscaping and agricultural projects, which includes planning, sourcing materials, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to specifications.
Supervise the operation and maintenance of all farm and landscaping machinery, equipment, irrigation systems, and related infrastructure (e.g., farm buildings, fences).
Conduct regular quality inspections of all work and enforce strict compliance with farm safety, food safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain detailed records of production, costs, labour, and materials, and prepare regular reports for senior management or clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
