Job Description
Oversees the maintenance and development of landscapes within farming or agricultural settings, ensuring they are healthy, productive, and compliant with safety regulations.
Lead a team of workers by assigning tasks, creating schedules, providing training, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Monitor the health of all plants, trees, and crops, and implement necessary feeding, irrigation, and pest/disease control programs. Oversee agricultural and landscaping projects from planning to completion, including managing budgets, sourcing materials, and coordinating with external contractors. Conduct quality inspections and enforce strict adherence to farm, food, and environmental safety regulations. Maintain detailed records of production, costs, labor, and materials, and prepare regular reports for management.Salary: AED4,500 - 5,500 depending with experienced (plus Food and Accommodation Provided by the Company)
