Job Description
Requirements: *25-45 Years of Age *Grade 12 *Fully Bilingual *Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in either Landscape Architecture/Landscape Design or Horticulture or Civil Engineering *+-5 Years experience with Landscape or Construction Management *Strong Business acumen in Project Planning and Management *Strong Verbal, written and organisational skills *Must be willing to work in an onsite evironment
Responsibilities: *Client facing project management of commercial landscape projects *Monitor contractor progress and quality of works related to project deliverables *Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Job Location: Dubai, UAE Type of position: Probation period of 3 months, only thereafter the position will become permanent Commencement date: October/November 2022 Hours of work: To be confirmed by Employer Cost to Company: 25 000 AED - Depending on Qualifications and Experience Leave Period: 30 Days after completion of the 1st year of service Flight tickets & Accomodation: Company will pay initial ticket to the UAE. Thereafter the candidate is responsible for the cost of housing and annual return tickets when going on vacation.
