Charterhouse is working with a long-standing, reputable Landscape & Urban engineering consultancy, who have been responsible for the design and execution of some of the UAE\xe2\x80\x99s most notable Landscape projects. As a result of their continued growth in the UAE & KSA, our client is in search of a client-facing Senior Landscape Project Manager, who will oversee the delivery of landscape projects in the UAE.

About the role
This Project Management role will be responsible for leading a team on all technical aspects of the landscape project portfolio, including technical interfaces with third parties, stakeholder management, programme management and liaising with local government authorities.

The Project Manager will act as a focal point of contact between the team, consultants and the client, ensuring the desired project objectives are delivered.

Managing the project activities, you will develop and nurture client relationships, resources management and financial management, whilst coaching junior Project Managers by organising team building exercising and setting KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.

About you
The incumbent must have a minimum of 12 years professional experience and come from a Landscape or Urban Design Consultancy. Experience in the GCC is desirable but not essential; possessing a demonstrable track-record of Managing Landscape Project teams, on multiple complex projects. Excellent client-facing experience with Real Estate Developers and/or Government entities, is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will hold a Landscape Architectural or Civil Engineering Degree from an internationally recognised University and have affiliation with a professional membership.
