Reporting to our Reports to Custom Brands APAC-MEA Business Development Director, the Product Manager will be responsible for best-in-class customer engagement. You will support commercial teams by partnering with cross-functional groups in developing Private Label products efficiently and on time. You will also support the business with delivering sales analysis and insights to drive sales and share growth. Custom Brands Product Manager is responsible of the definition, development and implementation of the Marketing strategy and plan in order to achieve local market goals and positioning of the brand, in compliance with local Marketing guidelines and policies.

Are You Ready to Show Us What You\xe2\x80\x99ve Got?

We are looking for the following experience:
Project management experience using various planning and organising techniques, ideally gained within a Consumer Goods/Retail Industry

Independently lead New Product Developments (NPD) introduction process and creating best in class launch materials, Trade Story, Packaging, Pack structures, Imagery, Claims, Shave tests etc., based on the annual business plan cycle.

Category PVL Brand Management, PVL Portfolio developmen and NPD development experience

Support and implement all commercial innovation initiatives identified for the region.

Support Regional sales teams in the execution of the sales plan strategies and day by day requests (product availability, feasibility of product/packages, artwork\xe2\x80\x99s development etc.)

Build strong relationships with the sales teams, category managers (where present) and operations teams to foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Coordinate and work with factory engineering to develop and implement new packaging options, structures and art
