Job Description
A Landscape Maintenance Engineer is urgently required for a Landscaping and contracting Company in Dubai.
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
- Qualifications/ /Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Agricultural Engineer or Horticulture Science
- Hands-On experience or minimum 3 years experience In Engineering And Maintenance Primarily In Landscaping, Agriculture And Maintenance
- Excellent Technical Skills With Ability To Recognize Electrical, Plumbing, Ventilation, And Mechanical
- Will Be Responsible for the Direct Management Of Softscape And Irrigation Maintenance And Oversee Maintenance Of The Landscaping Projects.
- Oversees Day To Day Landscape Maintenance Operations Aspects
- Supervising Technical And Supervision Staff
- Must Consider Budget And Client Needs
- Creating Maintenance Procedures
- Planning And Undertaking Scheduled Maintenance
- Managing Stocks Of Supplies And Equipment
- Repairing Equipment
- Maintaining Statistical And Financial Records
- Provide Monthly Reports Of Maintenance Sites
- Required Experience, Skills And Qualifications
- Good Interpersonal skills with the Client and the working staffs.
- UAE Driver\'s License (Preferred)
