KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsible for execution, documentation, procurement, and administration of all aspects of Landscape Maintenance Projects. Understanding fully the requirements of the project including area, documentation, budget costs of materials, resources. Assisting the project manager in drawing up work program, resource plan and procurement plan for execution of works. Ensuring approval of material required for the project prior to procurement. Raising material requisitions with detailed specifications clearly indicating Client specified material/ supplier and follow up with procurement for timely delivery of materials. Checking all material deliveries for quality control and approval of delivery notes. Liaising with Client\\FM team in day-to-day site activities and resolving any technical issues. Responsible for ensuring that the work is performed in accordance with specifications and within the timelines and cost constraints. Engineer to liaise with project QS for tracking cost. Planning and liaising with Project Manager for requirement of materials, resources, and timely delivery at site. Monitoring of plant, labour and material allocations and advising Project Manager of any future potential problems. Highlighting to Project Manager and Sr. Quantity Surveyor any potential variations or additional works. Knowledge, skills and experience required. Prefer Agriculture Engineer or Horticulture qualification. a minimum of 3 to 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience Good knowledge about plants in gulf region Good interpersonal skills Worked in Auto CAD software Salary Details: AED 6,000 to AED 8,000.
