Applications are invited from suitably qualified & experienced candidates to join our team as Maintenance Engineer. The key duties & responsibilities of this position includes: Outlet & Kitchen Maintenance 1. Responsible for the implementation of the "Planned Preventive Maintenance Program" that has been prepared and approved by the Dir. of Engineering. 2. To ensure that all preventive Maintenance Work is carried out regularly as planned and documented as per the standard format. 3. Provide necessary technical inputs to technicians for routine problems. 4. Responsible for handling all the maintenance requests in the department and documentation and review periodically with the Director of Engineering. 5. Monitor the service & maintenance activities appropriately as per the plan. Review the plan & modify as required. 6. Monitor the maintenance of mechanical, electrical & plumbing items and replace the defective one as per the requirement & company standards. 7. Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed. 8. Attends to any on site equipment breakdowns & resolves them according to the best possible time frames 9. Monitor equipment relocation or installation requirements due to various reasons such as events / functions / catering /outlet re-locations, etc. 10. Forecast maintenance activities and facility renewal. Job Type: Full-time Experience:

• Maintenance Engineer in Restaurant: 3 years (Required)
