Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to plan, organize and provide supervision for the landscape and irrigation maintenance/construction operations and activities in assigned projects and oversee resource allocations on site
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Build and maintain client relationships, creating a positive impression and demonstrating a proactive attitude To monitor work progress and performance, taking prompt action when needed and reporting any irregularities or problems to the landscape manager Supervise the overall landscape & irrigation activities of the site, attend to the complaints and rectifications. Ensure the team is given daily, weekly and monthly targets and are being productive at site Ensure sites are visited regularly, work / operational schedules are updated and the quality of sites is maintained as per contractual obligations Provide technical guidance and assistance to clients and team concerning plant choices, sourcing, work methods, the use of equipment and techniques and the analysis of results Possess in depth knowledge of plant physiology, soil science and plant nutrition
