, combining aesthetics with functionality to elevate outdoor living spaces. This role requires strong conceptual skills, knowledge of plant species, and experience with design software and site supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Design customized landscape concepts for high-end villas in line with the client's vision and architectural style.
Collaborate with the interior design and architectural teams to create cohesive indoor-outdoor living environments.
Prepare detailed layout plans, mood boards, and planting schemes.
Source plants, materials, and outdoor elements aligned with the project budget and quality.
Oversee implementation on-site to ensure quality and design fidelity.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with local landscaping regulations and sustainability practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in landscape design for villas.
Strong portfolio demonstrating villa and residential landscaping projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools.
Deep knowledge of local and international plant species and hardscape materials.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
