Landscape Architect – Site Based

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily
site inspections
to ensure landscape works comply with approved drawings and specifications. Review and approveshop drawings
andmaterial submittals
for landscape elements. Supervise and coordinate allhardscape and softscape
activities on site. Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work. Prepare and maintain site reports, inspection logs, and progress updates. Ensure compliance withlocal regulations
, project standards, and health & safety policies. Identify design or construction issues and provide practical solutions. Liaise with procurement for timely delivery of approved materials.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field. Minimum
12 years of experience
, with provenQatar site experience
in building/landscape projects. Strong understanding oflandscape construction
,material specifications
, anddesign coordination
. Proficient in reading and reviewingtechnical drawings
andspecifications
. Must possess avalid Qatar driving license
and have ownvehicle
for site travel. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From QAR8,000.00 per month
