Role Overview

The Lead Landscape Architect will safeguard the integrity of the design process, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of creativity, technical precision, and client satisfaction. From concept presentations to IFC documentation, you will guide the team, mentor juniors, and set the benchmark for design excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead concept design development and present proposals to clients, ensuring creativity and project alignment.

Oversee 3D visualizations (SketchUp, Lumion) and ensure all presentations are client-ready.

Supervise detail drawings and IFC documentation, maintaining technical accuracy and constructability.

Prepare and review BOQs with detailed specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure execution matches design intent.

Research and integrate new materials, planting concepts, and sustainable design trends.

Mentor junior designers, ensuring consistent quality and professional growth.

Manage documentation, approvals, and site reports with clarity and accuracy.

Requirements

Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture (Master's preferred if undergraduate degree is in Architecture).

5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong portfolio of projects in the UAE/GCC region.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, and related design tools.

PMP certification is a plus.

UAE Driving License preferred.

Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
