Key Responsibilities:
Conduct accurate land surveys and field measurements on residential construction sites.
Operate and manage
Total Station
,
GPS
, and related surveying equipment.
Prepare detailed survey reports, site layouts, and CAD drawings.
Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to provide accurate site data and levels.
Interpret construction plans and verify alignment, elevation, and dimensions.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure all survey activities comply with local regulations.
Requirements:
Diploma in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or CAD.
Minimum 2 years of land surveying experience
, preferably in the industrial sector.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
and other CAD software.
Hands-on experience with
Total Station
,
GPS
, and
surveying instruments
.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
