We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor with (5-8 years experience) to join our construction team. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements, preparing survey reports, and providing critical data that supports the planning and execution of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct land surveys using GPS, total stations, and other surveying instruments.
Prepare site plans, maps, and reports for project use.
Verify and establish boundary lines, elevations, and property dimensions.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure designs align with survey data.
Maintain accurate records of survey results and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in construction projects.
Proficiency with surveying equipment and CAD software.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, maps, and legal descriptions.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
