We are looking for an experienced

Land Surveyor

to join our construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in surveying works for construction projects and hands-on experience in UAE and GCC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys using total station, GPS, and leveling instruments Prepare and verify setting-out points, alignments, and levels as per approved drawings Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure accurate survey execution Check and maintain survey benchmarks and control points Prepare survey reports, drawings, and as-built data Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority requirements, and safety standards Resolve surveying discrepancies and provide technical support to site teams

Requirements:

Bachelor's Diploma/Degree in Surveying or related field

6-10 years of relevant experience

in construction projects Mandatory experience in

UAE and GCC countries

Proficient in survey instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level) Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and surveying software Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities Good communication and coordination skills
