Land Surveyor Construction
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Conduct land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using total stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
Establish and mark reference points, elevations, and construction layouts.
Perform site setting-out for roads, buildings, utilities, and other infrastructure works.
Interpret and verify drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
Record, analyze, and prepare survey data, maps, and reports.
Maintain survey equipment, ensuring accuracy and calibration.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to provide accurate survey information.
Ensure all survey work complies with company standards, safety protocols, and local regulations.
Monitor and update project progress with respect to surveying aspects.
Prepare as-built drawings and documentation for project handover.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
Proven experience at least 4-5 years, as a Land Surveyor in construction or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in survey equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.).
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other surveying software.
Good understanding of construction drawings and project specifications.
Analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
