- Land Surveyor Civil - Application Engineer Surveying Products / Geospatial Technology

Job Purpose :-

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Engineer to join our team and support our range of

surveying products.

As an Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise to our customers, ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of our surveying solutions. If you have a strong background in surveying technology, software proficiency, and excellent customer support skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers for surveying products, including

GPS, Total stations, Laser scanners

, and associated software. Assist customers in the installation, configuration, and customization of surveying applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to surveying equipment and software. Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff on the usage and best practices of surveying products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, and align with the customer needs Analyze survey data and provide insights to customers for effective decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surveying technology.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

and 3-4 Years of work experience with surveying instruments. Proficiency in surveying software's ;

AutoCAD ,Civil 3D

will be an added advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer support. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to travel for customer visits and on-site support as needed. UAE driving license is mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
