Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land, boundary, and topographic surveys using Total Station, GPS, and laser scanning equipment.
• Produce accurate survey drawings, reports, and maps representing site features, contours, and infrastructure layout.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to incorporate survey data into design and construction plans.
• Perform construction surveys to ensure correct alignment of infrastructure elements per approved specifications.
• Ensure all survey work meets industry standards, codes, and project requirements.
• Conduct as-built surveys to document final locations, elevations, and infrastructure details.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot survey instruments to ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards during all survey activities.
• Track and document survey progress, results, and issues for project stakeholders.
• Manage survey data using specialized processing and drafting software.
• Ensure accuracy, precision, and quality control across all survey operations.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of land surveying experience, preferably within UAE infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of surveying instruments including Total Station, GPS, and laser scanners.
• Proficient in survey software for data processing, drafting, and mapping.
• Strong understanding of local land-use regulations and surveying standards.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Effective communication abilities for coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
