We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in managing a salon or spa.
Requirements:
At least 10 years' experience as a Salon Manager
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience in sales, promotions, and achieving targets
Knowledge of salon operations, scheduling, inventory, and SOPs
Ability to handle staff performance, training, and discipline
Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily salon operations
Manage and motivate the salon team
Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
Monitor sales, targets, and operational performance
Handle client concerns and improve customer retention
