KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guest services:
Greeting guests, assisting with check-in/check-out, and managing a wide range of requests, from administrative tasks to errand running.
Reservations and bookings:
Arranging dining, entertainment, travel, and transportation for guests.
Information and recommendations:
Providing local information on attractions, restaurants, and events, and making personalized recommendations.
Problem resolution:
Addressing guest complaints and coordinating with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to resolve issues.
Communication:
Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and managing mail and deliveries.
Coordination:
Working with other staff members, such as security, valet, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless service for guests.
SKILLS:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Customer-focused and a commitment to high-quality service.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Basic computer literacy and knowledge of common software.
Knowledge of the local area is often required.
