About The Job
Manage daily operations of the labour camp, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and order.
Supervise camp staff, including cleaners, maintenance workers, and security personnel.
Allocate and maintain proper room assignments and occupancy records.
Monitor camp infrastructure (electricity, water, sewage, etc.) and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
Enforce discipline, safety rules, and company policies among camp residents.
Handle conflicts, complaints, or concerns from residents in a fair and timely manner.
Maintain inventory of camp supplies (bedding, toiletries, cleaning items) and arrange procurement as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, kitchens, toilets, and common areas.
Coordinate with HR and project/site management regarding worker arrivals, departures, or any disciplinary issues.
Keep accurate records and prepare daily/weekly reports on camp conditions and operations.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
