Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the labour camp, including accommodation, housekeeping, kitchen, laundry, and recreational areas
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of common areas such as bathrooms, toilets, and corridors
Monitor and control entry/exit of workers; maintain ID verification protocols
Enforce camp rules regarding smoking, alcohol, and cooking inside rooms
Maintain discipline and resolve disputes among residents
Ensure proper functioning of utilities like water supply, electricity, and generators
Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment and emergency exits
Maintain records of occupancy, maintenance requests, and disciplinary actions
Coordinate with HR and site teams for worker movements and welfare
Respond promptly to complaints and emergencies within the camp
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
