Assist skilled workers such as masons, steel fixers, carpenters, pipe fitters, and welders
Perform manual labor including excavation, material handling, backfilling, and site cleaning
Support sewerage pipeline installation and substation civil/electrical works
Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools
Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site
Follow instructions from site supervisors and engineers
Comply with all safety rules and procedures
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in sewerage, substation, or construction projects is an advantage
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
Willing to perform manual labor and overtime if required
Basic understanding of safety practices at construction sites
Ability to work as part of a team
