Overview

#

Coordinate and perform testing (competent use of QC laboratory equipment) associated with the respective Quality Control Laboratories and correctly record data, write and review reports, and communicate results in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner. Support process and equipment qualification activities, test method design, and perform intermediate-to-advanced statistical analysis and communicate documented results to the teams. Also define training requirements for these activities and implement training. Coordinate audit activities and perform supporting roles during external audits: Document retriever, auditee. Lead product failure analysis (i.e., significant support in CAPA activities, initiate and assist in the development and completion of NCEPs) and involve required assistance if necessary. Create, maintain, and update data files and forms, databases, spreadsheets, and forms, including maintaining the laboratory records archive to ensure proper record flow, and track and monitor department activities. If necessary, escalate concerns, trends, and emerging issues that need to be addressed. Use documentation systems to research information and generate changes to documents, as well as use scientific knowledge to read and interpret SOPs and Work Instructions to perform laboratory tests according to established laboratory requirements.

Job Requirements

Essential:

Completed secondary education Bachelors

Essential:

Approved Technician in Quality, Metrology, Microbiology or 50% progress in university courses such as Quality, Metrology, Microbiology or Engineering. At least 3 years of experience in similar positions. Availability to work Shift A (Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)

Desirable:

Basic English level 60%
