Position Overview:
We are seeking a
dedicated and experienced Laboratory Supervisor
to manage day-to-day laboratory activities, ensure quality standards, and support a productive and compliant work environment. The Lab Supervisor will coordinate with technical staff, maintain equipment, and ensure that all testing and reporting meet regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily laboratory operations and ensure timely completion of tests.
Ensure compliance with
ISO/IEC 17025
and other relevant quality standards.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment; coordinate repairs as needed.
Monitor lab personnel performance, provide guidance, and conduct training.
Maintain accurate records of tests, results, and quality control procedures.
Ensure safe laboratory practices and adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with management to optimize workflow, resources, and productivity.
Assist in preparation of reports and documentation for clients and management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in laboratory operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of laboratory quality systems, testing procedures, and ISO standards.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate between teams.
Experience with lab equipment maintenance and calibration.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and safety.
